Philadelphia native Britney Elayne Coleman

is an award-winning marketer, strategist, and community connector specializing in large-scale events, integrated marketing campaigns, and brand storytelling. Recognized by LEADERSHIP Philadelphia as one of the city’s 55 Top Connectors and Keepers, Britney has leveraged her expertise to support brands, nonprofits, and community organizations throughout the Philadelphia region and beyond. 

As the founder of BE Creative Marketing Studio, LLC, Britney has established herself as a trusted partner for brands seeking dynamic marketing strategies and high-impact events. She has led marketing communications, media strategy, and event production for a diverse portfolio of clients, including: Chef Kurt Evans, 6ight8ight, HiTouch Enterprises, Little Giant, the Philadelphia Association of Black Journalists (PABJ), and more. Her expertise spans brand development, strategic partnerships, media production, and project management, positioning her as a go-to resource for organizations looking to elevate their presence and engagement. 

With a career spanning industries including tourism, gaming, and community development, Britney has also held leadership roles such as Director of Integrated Marketing Programs at Visit Philadelphia, where she managed special projects and served as a liaison to the company’s Entrepreneur in Residence. Prior to that, she was the Events and Promotions Manager at SugarHouse Casino, where she played a pivotal role in executing the casino’s $164 million expansion plan. Her leadership in marketing and event strategy helped generate over $200 million in annual revenue, while overseeing a $6 million events and promotions budget and significantly expanding customer loyalty programs. 

Beyond her work in marketing, Britney is committed to cultural preservation and economic development. She is a partner on Legacy Reclaimed, whose later project, A 7th Ward Tribute, honored the history and contributions of one of Philadelphia’s historic Black neighborhoods. A social entrepreneur at heart, she also founded Magic Makers, a collective empowering Black and Brown women in marketing, events, and communications. 

Britney formerly held leadership positions with Influencing Action Movement (IAM) and remains dedicated to mentorship and civic engagement. She is a proud alum of Howard University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Communications Management with a minor in Business Administration.
